Recently Convergence has been partnering a major multi-national company to facilitate a global Utilising the latest HD Videoconferencing Technology the objective has been to deliver a realistic telepresence experience to a truly multi-national delegation. By linking multiple international sites via a central UK conference site, acting as the hub, all delegates are able to participate from their respective countries as if they were actually at the main event.

Convergence has key technicians and equipment located at all the European satellite venues, especially for these events, enabling us to control the quality and efficiency of the whole project.

Not only does this save the cost of travel AND numerous hours of delegate’s precious time, as an added bonus, not travelling reduces the associated carbon footprint helping conferencing gradually move towards becoming a greener industry.
